Semi permanent makeup

Semi-permanent makeup is a form of cosmetic tattooing that allows you to have long lasting enhanced eyebrows, eyeliner or lips. Permanent makeup is the perfect solution for all those who wish to correct facial imperfections, want in a natural way to emphasize their beauty. The treatment is also recommended for people with poor eyesight, actively practicing sport or struggling with face asymmetry. Permanent makeup allows for correction or total reconstruction of eyebrows by re giving them shape, highlighting colour or levelling out unevenness. The treatment is helpful if you wish to emphasize the shape of the eye, model and improve the colour of lips. The effect of permanent make-up is completely natural and maintains for about 2 years. The process of makeup brightening runs in a natural and gentle manner –it is dependent on factors such as, among others, care, lifestyle and genetic factors. In our Clinic, the procedure is performed by a qualified Artist with many years of experience and numerous diplomas. We  guarantee the highest quality of procedures performed.

Semi-permanent Eyebrows

Eyebrows are the most important factor in our face.  Permanent eyebrows are recommended for people who want to improve their facial features, because nothing else has no such impact on our beauty, as properly selected colour and shape of eyebrows. It is also an excellent treatment for people, who lost they brows. Permanent makeup of eyebrows is the easiest way to make our face in every situation look fresh, naturally beautiful and relaxed.

The whole procedure is a two-step process, and it consists of the initial insertion of the pigment and the touch-up that takes place 6 – 8 weeks after the initial procedure.

Powder brows create the desired fullness of your eyebrows in a bespoke arch shape that best suits your facial features and brings out your natural beauty.

Semi-permanent eyeliner

If you are a make-up lover, then eyeliner might be one of your best friends. It’s hard to imagine any make-up look without drawing those wings on, but in true honesty, this can be quite a daunting daily task. That’s why many women opt for the semi-permanent eyeliner tattoo. It gives them the option to rock their beloved eyeliner without the risk of it smudging for years.

The whole procedure is generally considered to be non-invasive, since it involves no actual downtime and you can carry on with your life right after it, but it does entail a few weeks of healing, as your skin needs to recover from the micro-trauma.

Semi-permanent lip colour

Enhancing your lips with some type of makeup is something many people never leave the house without. Whether it’s full-on lipstick or a sheer lip gloss that gives a your-lips-but-better look, enhanced lips look great – until they don’t. Regular lip makeup is notorious for being very short-lasting, no matter what the ads promise.

That’s why so many people are getting lip tattoos. A form of cosmetic tattooing, permanent lip color will give you a long-lasting lip enhancement that doesn’t come off.

A cosmetic lip tattoo is a treatment that involves inserting pigments beneath the surface layer of the skin of your lips. It can be done in several styles, from the opaque permanent lipstick, shape-perfecting permanent lip liner, to the sheer pop of color through lip blushing or aquarelle lips.

It can also lighten dark lips and give them a warmer color, and even camouflage scars. The semi-permanent lip color gradually fades and it requires occasional touch ups to stay fresh.

Lip Fillers

The full and sensual lips are one of the attributes of femininity. Unfortunately, the majority of women are endowed by nature with little pouting lips, and as the years pass, the lips lose more and more volume. It is not surprising, therefore, that the growing popularity of lip enhancement with hyaluronic acid is steadily increasing. This type of treatment provides the opportunity to fill and contour the lips, compensate for their asymmetry, and at the same time ensures their in-depth hydration and rejuvenation.

Aftercare

After the treatment, which only takes up to 45 minutes, there will be some minor swelling of the lips for around three days. For this reason, the best time to has this procedure done is around a week before any special event or occasion.

Straight after treatment, applying cold compress to the area can reduce swelling and help to stop any bruising.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal filler treatment involves injecting a hyaluronic acid under the skin with a fine needle or cannula to enhance facial features and plump and fill lines, grooves or sunken areas. Administered correctly, dermal fillers can subtly smooth, soften, contour and tone the skin. Restore youthful plumpness, enhance and define your features.

Facial/Dermal Filler procedures

Hyaluronic acid can be used in all areas of the face. Placed in the cheeks they can prevent the sagging and flattening of features by recapturing the volume and plumpness of a youthful face.

Used in lips they can add volume and definition, as well as reducing the appearance of fine lines around the mouth.

Dermal fillers implanted in the nose can be a non-surgical alternative to a rhinoplasty. It is quicker, less invasive and lower in costs than surgery, but can still achieve a good result. Nose reshaping can include filling in depressions, making it more symmetrical or changing the shape of the nose.

Other areas that can be treated include;

  • jawline sculpture and definition,
  • correcting and shaping the chin,
  • Nasolabial folds,
  • Marionette lines,
  • Smoker lines,

Different areas of the face use different types and thicknesses of filler which will be discussed with you at the consultation.

Aftercare

There is minimal swelling after a procedure depending on which area is being treated. This can be treated with cold compress and most fillers have an aesthetic mixed in with the product for a pain-free experience. Redness and bruising are pretty rare, however can occur.

Tear Trough Fillers

Tear trough fillers are a non-surgical, minimally invasive treatment. It involves hyaluronic acid gel, which is injected with cannula, to boost collagen production and replace the lost volume brought about through the ageing process.

How does Tear Trough Fillers Work?

Tear trough fillers use hyaluronic acid to plump, firm and fill the hollows under your eyes to give you a fresher, brighter appearance.

The hyaluronic acid helps to bring hydration to the area and brightens and boosts the appearance of the undereye. Hyaluronic fillers are flexible and malleable. Dermal fillers help to strengthen and thicken the skin under the eyes, helping to cover dark or inflamed blood vessels and improving the appearance of dark circles.

For 24 hours before your tear trough fillers, you will need to avoid blood thinners like aspirin and other anti-inflammatories like Ibuprofen. If you take fish oils, multivitamins or vitamin E then you’ll need to avoid these for at least a day too, as they can increase the risk of bruising following your treatment.

Aftercare

Avoid touching the area around your eyes while the filler settles in and don’t take part in any intense exercise for 24h after the treatment.

The amount of time the tear trough fillers will last varies from person to person depending on several things including the volume, type and location of filler injected. Most people find that their tear trough fillers last around 18 months, although they may last as long as 24 months in some people.

Fat dissolving injections

Obtaining a slim figure without cellulite and excess weight is a challenge for most people. A sedentary lifestyle, improper diet and metabolic disorders lead to the formation of fat deposits and the notorious “orange peel”, making it difficult for people to achieve their ideal physical bodies. Modern pharmacology offers lipolytics, substances that can hydrolyze fatty deposits. Fat dissolving injections are an innovative fat burning therapy based on lipolysis that is simple and effective at diminishing cellulite and excess weight.  After just one session of lipolytic mesotherapy, you can get rid of unwanted local fatty deposits, cellulite and flabby skin. After the third session, you will notice that the injection areas have decreased, local accumulations of adipose tissue in problem areas (“ears” on the thighs, sides, second chin, etc.) have disappeared and the skin in the treated areas has become smoother and elastic.

The effects of fat dissolving can be described as follows:

  1. When introduced into the subcutaneous tissue, injections increase the osmotic pressure within the cells and splits the fat into its components, which causes the cell membrane to rupture;
  2. The cleavage products of the adipocyte enter the lymph flow and blood via the damaged membrane and are excreted by the kidneys and liver;
  3. Flat scars form at the introduction site of injections (inside the cellulose), which contribute to the destruction of adipose tissue.

Benefits of application:

  1. There is no need for anesthesia;
  2. The procedure for administering injections is very simple and effective, convenient and, above all, painless;
  3. Injection dissolve and destroy fat cells (fat cells are eliminated through sweat and urine);
  4. Fat dissolving is effective against cellulite and, due to the peptide content, makes the skin supple and elastic
  5. Quickly removes fat deposits in parts of the body that cannot be reduced with physical exercise or diet;
  6. Guarantees a safe treatment, due to the highest purity of raw materials;
  7. Maximizes the effectiveness of lipolysis.

Indications for fat dissolving injections:

  • Chin area.
  • Fat deposits in the abdomen, as well as lateral folds.
  • Contours of the hips and buttocks.
  • Reduce the volume of fat tissue in the shoulders, back, knees, inner thighs and on the back of the hands.

Aftercare

Fat dissolving is a non-surgical solution it means no downtime and no general aesthetic risks. As there are no incisions, no stitches, and scarring is highly unlikely.

There are some temporary side effects, which include bruising, swelling, redness and irritation in the injection area. Sometimes it may feel a slightly tender to touch, numb or itchy, but these side effects usually reside after 1-3 days.

Just after one treatment, you will notice a reduction of fat deposits; however, to achieve the desired results, we recommend 3 to 8 sessions.

Before the treatment

Before beginning the procedure, your aesthetic practitioner should perform an initial consultation with the patient to learn about their medical history, determine the problem areas, perform the initial measurements, in addition to estimating how many injections per session and how many treatment sessions are needed to achieve the desired results. The procedure should take place under sterile conditions, which eliminates the risk of infection. Product is injected with the thinnest single-use needle into the subcutaneous fat of the areas requiring correction. The process is no more painful than any other injection and, to make it as comfortable as possible, an anesthetic cream is used in most cases.  The patient should then drink at least 0.5 liters of water.

Contraindications

  1. Individual intolerance of the main drug components
  2. Liver or kidney disease
  3. Endocrine system disorders
  4. Cancer
  5. Epilepsy
  6. Varicose veins
  7. Autoimmune diseases
  8. Blood clotting disorders
  9. Exacerbation of chronic illness (ulcer, arthritis, bronchitis, herpes)
  10. Pathological tendency to scarring

Microneedling

Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure. It involves pricking the skin with tiny sterilized needles. The small wounds cause your body to make more collagen and elastin, which heal your skin and help you look younger. You might also hear it called collagen induction therapy.

Microneedling may help with:

  • Acne
  • Hair loss(also called alopecia)
  • Dark spots or patches on your skin (hyperpigmentation)
  • Large pores
  • Reduced skin elasticity
  • Scars
  • Stretch marks
  • Sun damage
  • Fine lines and wrinkles

How does microneedling works?

The procedure usually takes 20 to 40 minutes, depending on how big the area is. Most people need 4-6 treatments to see a difference.

Your practitioner while doing the microneedling will move a pen-shaped device with tiny needles around your face. The needles make small cuts in your skin, which causes a bit of bleeding. Your practitioner will spread a serum on your skin and apply face mask afterwards.

The goal of the procedure is to start your body’s healing process by sending collagen and elastin to patch up the tiny injuries. Collagen helps fill in and smooth out wrinkles, scars and imperfections.

Most people get microneedling on the face, but it can also be done on other parts of the body, such as your stomach or thighs.

Microneedling healing process:

  • It’s not a quick fix. It takes time to notice a difference. That’s because your body is healing itself.
  • It may take few days to heal, depending on how deep the needles pierce your skin.
  • You may have some minor pain after the procedure, and your skin may be red for a few days.
  • Your skin may feel tight and flake a bit while it heals.
  • There’s usually no bleeding during microneedling. But deep microneedling treatments may cause the skin to bleed.
  • Microneedling creates tiny holes in the skin, which could let germs enter, especially if the equipment isn’t cleaned well. But the risk of infection is very low. If you’re healthy, an infection from microneedling is unlikely.

Aftercare

  • To ensure the proper healing environment, do NOT use any Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Beta Hydroxy Acid, Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C (in a low pH formula) scrubs or anything perceived as “active” skincare for one week post treatment.
  • Do not use any powered cleansing brushes like Clarisonic for one week post treatment.
  • Avoid intentional and direct sunlight for 72 hours.
  • No tanning beds.
  • Always wear sunscreen.
  • Do not go swimming for at least 72 hours post-treatment.
  • Do not exercise or participate in strenuous activity for the first 72 hours post-treatment. Sweating and gym environments in general are harmful and filled with bacteria, which may cause adverse reactions in your skin.

Plasma fibroblast therapy

Plasma fibroblast is a revolutionary, non-invasive alternative treatment to traditional surgery. The treatment helps eliminate excessive tissue that causes sagging skin, unwanted wrinkles, stretch marks and even diminish scarring. It also diminishes the risk, pain and down-time associated with traditional invasive surgery. The plasma pen device works by targeting a micro beam of plasma energy onto the skin. This causes skin retraction and tightening around that area only. The sublimation of the skin cell causes immediate tightening and through the healing of the micro wound that is caused the body’s natural healing process produces more collagen to plump, tightens and firms the treated area. The treatment is so precise that only a 1-2mm treatment spot is created.

How does the plasma treatment work?

A topical anesthetic is applied to the area to be treated as the procedure can be a little uncomfortable. A slight burning sensation can be felt as the skin becomes heated. The anesthetic helps to make this treatment tolerable.

What areas of the body can be treated?

  • Upper and lower eyelid sagging, bags and lines
  • Crow’s feet
  • Forehead and frown lines
  • Lines around the mouth
  • Fine lines and wrinkles on the neck and décolleté (chest)
  • Neck tightening
  • Smoker lines

Aftercare

You can expect to have some redness and swelling immediately after the procedure and for a few days following. Tiny dark brown spots will be seen where the individual micro dots have been placed. You will be provided with post treatment balm to apply to the area. The dark spots should be left to fall off naturally as these are protecting the skin underneath. After about 5 days to a week, these will fall off and the skin may still be slightly red. Mineral makeup can be worn 24-48 hours after the treatment. Sun protection must be applied to protect the healing skin.

Anti wrinkle injections

Anti-wrinkle injections are one of the most popular ways men and women reverse the effects of ageing. Furthermore, they are a quick, safe way to recapture your youthful appearance.

We use your face to express ourselves. This, coupled with exposure to the sun, leads to fine lines and wrinkles appearing. As a result, these creases, which show most commonly around eyes, mouth, forehead and neck, can age us prematurely.

To sum up, the virtually pain-free injection has very little aftercare and lasts for up to four months.

What are the benefits of wrinkle relaxation?

Anti-wrinkle injectables are simple, low cost and require little to no aftercare. If you are worried about the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines, these treatments can be very successful at improving your skin.

What areas can be treated?

  • Crows feet
  • Creases between the eyebrows
  • Forehead – worry lines
  • Gummy smile
  • Bunny line
  • Nose lift
  • Lip flip
  • Face lift
  • Chin wrinkles
  • Jaw line
  • Neck wrinkles
  • Excessive sweating
  • Jaw relaxation.

Aftercare

After your treatment, your aesthetician will go through any aftercare advice to maximise the treatment benefits. The treatment involves administering micro-needle injections into or around the facial muscles to relax the action of the muscles that causes wrinkles. To allow the wrinkle relaxant to perform optimally, it’s best to avoid the following:

  • Rubbing or massaging injected area for at least 4 hours after treatment
  • Exercise for 24 hours after treatment.
  • Try to keep upright position for 4 hours after treatment.
  • Drinking alcohol for at least 24 hours before and after treatment.
  • Applying make-up for at least 24 hours after treatment. Mineral make-up may be applied immediately after treatment. However, you should take extra caution not to use too much pressure around the treated area.

It is safe to fly after the treatment, however we recommend that you wait for at least 7 days before flying long haurs. We advise attending for a review 2-3 weeks after your first treatment.

PDO/PCL Thread Lifting

Ageing causes loss of fat in our faces, especially around the cheeks, eyes, jowls and neck. Accompanying this is skin ageing where the elastic fibers in the skin become thinner resulting in loss of facial elasticity. Threads are a special medical grade thread that is thinner than hair, made of protein. Research has confirmed that PDO relaxes tendons and muscles, whilst a foreign body reaction improves the blood flow to the area stimulating neocollagenesis (the production of new collagen in the skin).  When threads are placed under the skin they can tighten and lift loose or sagging skin in various parts of the face and body to help reduce the effects of gravity and ageing, or they can be used to rejuvenate the face.

What is a PDO Mono Thread?

Mono Thread is an absorbable polymer that is flexible and durable. PDO Thread induce production of collagen, creating a tightening effect for 9 to 18 months after your procedure. The threads become a support structure for your face allowing natural collagen and hyaluronic acid production to take place, over time the PDO thread will be fully absorbed by the body. Typically, around 10-30 PDO mono threads are used to treat an area.

What is 3D Cog Thread?

The 3D COG has two times greater anchoring and tensile strength than traditional PDO threads and offers fantastic facial lifting results. 3D Cog Threads have multidirectional barbs which fix and support the skin tissue in various directions. An ideal treatment for those wanting a non-surgical face and neck lift treatment. PDO Threads are also used for skin that requires collagen stimulation and lift.

PRP Vampire Facial

The PRP vampire facial is a groundbreaking and advanced treatment that’s transforming leading clinics’ approach to anti-ageing procedures. At Golden Line, we’ve embraced this results-based treatment that uses the body’s natural resources and healing potential to build a wealth of experience in carrying it out.

Our blood is rich and diverse in nutrients and powerful compounds. The PRP vampire facial uses a small amount of our own blood to empower its potent healing properties. The therapy separates out the PRP to naturally stimulate skin cells which then trigger tissue healing and new collagen production.

Lines and wrinkles that other treatments may find difficult to treat are targeted and collagen levels are boosted for a more youthful, glowing look.

What is PRP?

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy: Skin rejuvenation using your own cells. Platelet rich plasma obtained from your blood contains platelets which work in the body to clog up cuts and tears. Platelets also have growth factors on the surface which stimulate collagen production when injected into the skin. PRP has been used in many medical procedures over the years, and its safety is well established. Examples include wound healing, during joint surgery, etc.

Which facial and body area can be treated?

  • Crinkling skin around the eyes
  • Full face
  • Neck
  • Jawline
  • Chest and décollétage
  • Back of hands and arms
  • Other body areas

How many Vampire facial PRP treatments are required?

This will depend upon the health and age of your skin. Normally it is advised to have 3-4 treatments, 4 weeks apart. However, your clinician will determine your treatment protocol according to your skin condition.

What is the aftercare?

Avoid touching or apply anything on the treated area for 12 hours. It’s advised to apply moisturiser regularly after 12 hours as the skin could become dry and flaky during the first 2-3 days. Apply sunscreen and avoid strong sun exposure in the first week after the treatment.

Weight loss treatments

Cryolipolysis / fat freezing

Cryolipolysis, commonly referred to as fat freezing, is a nonsurgical fat reduction procedure that uses cold temperature to reduce fat deposits in certain areas of the body. The procedure is designed to reduce localized fat deposits or bulges that do not respond to diet and exercise. It is not intended for people who are obese or significantly overweight

During the procedure:

  • vacuum applicator is placed on the skin to bring it into contact with cooling panels.
  • Patients feel a cold sensation for a few minutes, as it produces an anesthetic effect.
  • The fat is cooled for up to an hour.

Why choose cryolipolysis for excess fat

  • Ideal candidates are relatively fit but have small amounts of stubborn body fat that cannot be easily reduced by diet or exercise.
  • The procedure is non-invasive.
  • There are no long-term or significant side effects.
  • Anesthesia and pain medication are not needed.
  • The procedure is ideal for the abdomen, love handles and the back.

Aftercare

  • Cryolipolysis has no recovery time; patients can resume their normal activities the same day.
  • Cryolipolysis therapy typically requires multiple treatment sessions – 6 weeks apart.
  • Patients will observe a visible decrease in fat bulges in two to four months.

Cryolipolysis Treatment Price

  • 1 area £90
  • 2 areas £150
  • 3 areas £210
  • 4 areas £260

3D Lipo Cavitation

ltrasound Cavitation Lipo uses ultrasound techniques to break up fat cells, turning them into a liquid that can then be carried away as waste. Cavitation is used to achieve inch loss by targeting pockets of stubborn fat.

Radio Frequency selectively heats skin tissues which can cause collagen fibres to contract to produce new collagen – designed to provide tighter looking skin.

The ultrasound device is designed to only target fat cells. When the ultrasonic waves blast the area of fatty tissue you want to remove, they create irreversible damage to the fat cell membranes and no other surrounding tissue is affected.

During the noninvasive procedure, the ultrasonic waves break down fat cells causing them to release triglycerides and other fatty substances, which during the week following the cavitation treatment are processed by your body through normal physiological processes.

How many treatments are needed?

Clients who chose to have Lipo Cavitation are able to see visible reductions in fat in the first week, and a treatment schedule of 10 to 20 weekly sessions will typically help you achieve the desired weight and inch loss.

Before your first treatment, you’ll meet with your practicioner for a physical exam and consultation.

In most cases, the ideal candidate for Lipo Cavitation is someone moderately active and a healthy eater. Lipo Cavitation is not intended to treat morbid obesity but works most effectively to remove unwanted fat from targeted areas of the body.

What areas of the body can be treated?

  • Upper & Lower Abdomen
  • Back & Bra Fat
  • Inner & Outer Thighs
  • Waist & Hips
  • Upper & Lower Arms
  • Buttocks

Before and After the treatment

Before Lipo Cavitation, you should already be moderately active and eat a healthy diet. During the face to face consultation the practitioner will go through this with you.

In the week before a treatment session client should drink about 8 glasses of water a day, avoid alcohol, and tanning. It’s important to follow these recommendations because adequate fluids are needed to help your body process the excess fat and triglycerides that will be released as a result of the procedure.

Too much alcohol will limit liver function needed to process these substances, and tanning prior to treatment can make your skin ultra-sensitive to the ultrasonic waves used in the treatment.

After treatment, you should continue to drink adequate amounts of water and get regular exercise to help your body process the excess triglycerides and fatty substances released during the procedure.
